Shipping
Parts shipped using USPS ship by noon of the next business day after you order. Domestic shipping is calculated based on package weight and size plus a $1 handling fee. International shipping is calculated based on package weight and size plus a $3 USD handling fee.
UPS shipping is reserved for very large or heavy items and must be arranged by contacting me.
All shipments include a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
The buyer is responsible for verifying the application and compatibility of parts before the purchase. I research part numbers as best as possible but the listed model and year compatibility is not guaranteed. Returns are generally not accepted unless there is damage or a defect. Please do not order a part just to “try it out,” I am not a huge company.
For items that must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase date, money will be refunded once the item is received, inspected, and the condition is verified. Items that are noticeably “used” when received are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns: Must be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. All returned items must be well packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
NO RETURN OR REFUND ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned. If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest spark can render an electrical item defective. In the interest of our future customers we do not accept electrical items back unless they are in a sealed package.
If you receive a damaged part, contact us within three days of the delivery date. Damage claims past three days will not be accepted.
